Payment Conditions:

We do not ship cash on delivery, goods always leave upon payment received. In the event that you wish to make payment deferred payment within 90 days, the goods will remain in our warehouse and will leave upon receipt of full payment.

Pay-Pal and Credit Card
If you wish to pay for your purchases by credit card, simply select PAYPAL in the payment options that you will be automatically automatically before completing your order. You will then be automatically directed to the PayPal secure zone where you can make the payment either through your account (if you are already a registered (if you are already a registered PayPal user) or with your credit card by choosing the “pay as a non-registered user with your credit card” system.

Delivery conditions:

Normally the goods are shipped within 5 working days after receipt of payment for the order, however, as we are direct importers of various equipment, on some of our items on However, as we are direct importers of various pieces of equipment, delivery times may be longer than normal on some of our items for sale, and shipment may be delayed by up to 10/15 days compared to traditional times. The same variable must also be taken into consideration for reconditioned Technogym equipment, which due to the variability in the colour of the frame and upholstery is often reconditioned with respect to specific customer requests. So in case of urgency please contact us before placing orders for information on machines in stock or on the specific timing of your possible order.
The delivery costs indicated on the site relate to goods entrusted to an express courier that will be unloaded by the roadside, leaving the customer with the task of positioning the machine within their own structure/home and any installation. For dedicated deliveries, with installation and setting up of the objects, the customer must contact us directly before placing the order.

Any transport surcharges caused by particular destination locations and/or other issues that may be raised by our couriers will be communicated to the customer before of the shipment, so that it can only proceed ‘subject to acceptance’ by the customer.

Any storage costs in the carrier’s warehouses due to delays in delivery caused by perpetual absence from the customer’s home or due to incorrect communication of data and telephone numbers will be charged to the customer directly by the carrier.The customer will be charged for any costs incurred by the carrier.

 

Conditions of return:

Returns are only accepted if the goods do not conform to what is described in the item description or are defective. Every return must in any case be authorised and requested by sending photos and/or videos of the reason for the request, so that we can first seek a solution to the problem on site. In the event of a return, the customer must in any case repackage the item to bring it to the condition in which he received it and arrange for it to be shipped to our warehouse at his own expense, Upon receipt at our warehouse of the returned item, it will be checked within 5 working days and must be complete and in the condition in which it was sent by us. Once this has been ascertained, the item will be refunded by bank transfer and the cost of the item itself, excluding the initial shipping costs, will be refunded.

 

Warranty Conditions:

The equipment guarantee covers any mechanical operating damage and provides coverage for the cost of spare and/or replacement parts for anything that is not subject to wear and tear. Therefore, it does not include coverage or reimbursement for consumable parts or parts that are broken or worn by user use. The guarantee does not include the costs of any reprogramming of multimedia equipment and/or any updates thereof and does not include the costs of intervention, call-outs and maintenance.
